Austin - Second challenge and a second loss, this one not as close as the last. Is there anything different that your tribe could have done, or were you doomed from the start due to Rheali's momentum from winning the first challenge? Eliza - Once again you guys came close to winning, but just fell short. Do you see any advantage in losing and being able to vote out weaker members of your tribe, or is it nothing but a disadvantage in the game? Erik C - You have no missed two challenges and a Tribal Council. Where are you? Erik R - You were a huge asset in the previous challenge, but this round you were not around. Are you worried that you may have damaged your reputation in the group, or do you feel your performance in the first challenge is enough for your tribe to keep you around? Greg - You really came through at the beginning of the challenge figuring out the password, but that was all you did. What happened that prevented you from taking part in the rest of the challenge? NaOnka - You took on one of the more difficult mini-challenges. How do you feel having completed a very difficult task when others didn't take part? Sarita - Last round you didn't take part in the challenge, but this time you came through and delivered on one of the puzzles. Did you feel as though you needed to redeem yourself? The voting deadline is Thursday, August 7th at 8:00pm EST. If you do not vote by this time, you will receive a self-vote. As you already know, voting is to be done in your thread titled "Voting History" using the parchment below. Good luck!

You know it is definitely a demoralizing thing because we were doing so well initially in the challenge that I got my hopes up. I care a lot about this tribe and going forward we need to figure our shit out so we stop losing. We can be strong.

I wish I knew what held me back in the latter half of the challenge, those puzzles were no joke and I just never could get on top of them. We have a great team with excellent assets and I know that I can be a strong member of this team.

I don't think you're ever "doomed from the start". I think the main sort of thing that would hep this tribe now is possibly more of a sense of unity and communication, but we're far from "doomed".

Obviously, losing challenges sucks. You can say all you want that a tribe is only as strong as it's weakest member, but we have strength in numbers. If there's a tribe swap coming up, or we continue losing challenges all the way to merge, it puts our entire tribe at a disadvantage. These two votes have been easy for sure but it sucks that we have easy votes at all. I don't think Rheali is the "superior" tribe, we've been neck and neck in every single challenge. Their winning streak will end soon, mark my words.
