I'll make this short and sweet!
All I want to know about is the round that I left. Who approached who with the plan, when did the plan begin, how long were you planning on taking me out?
Real simple! I saw you each touch on that round and said it was a huge turning point or something, but I'm not sure how at the moment. I wasn't a very big player and didn't make a single alliance all game, the only person I really liked or talked to was Bubba. Break that round down for me please!

Hey Trish! Thanks for your question! So, believe it or not, for me anyway, the plan to blindside you started all the way back at the 3rd challenge. You see the reason why I, and I'm guessing a few other people, chose not to participate in that challenge was that I knew that however won would have a target immediately painted on them. So, when you won, I think a lot of people thought, "OK, Trish has an immunity under her belt". That stuck with people. Remember how during the next challenge, everyone was very hesitant to step up as leader, and then everyone really wanted it to be you. That's because we all knew, again, that it was something that could paint a target on us, and we wanted to avoid that, so I feel like most of us thought, "make Trish do it, people are already targeting here." That's how I was thinking, and since everyone was hesitant to step up, I'm willing to bet they were thinking something similar. Now the question is, why blindside you? Sure, it get's rid of a possible challenge threat, but one immunity win isn't THAT big of a deal. Well, I can't speak for Mary and JT, but I can say for certain why I voted that way. You see, come the merge, Rheali was split between my core alliance (Myself, JT, and Mary) and others (you,Bubba, and Amanda). By voting you out, it myself in the majority of the majority. My plan was, from there, to hopefully Pagong the rest of Tocola, then whittle things down to my final 3. Of course, as we all know, that didn't go EXACTLY as planned But none the less, I was able to make it to the final 3, and your vote out was a big part of that. Who came up with the plan though? Well, I don't think any of us, Me, Mary, or JT, could take credit for it. It was more of a group decision that we all came up with together. Why you? Simply because people were willing to vote for you. I think it was stuck in Mary and JT's heads that you were a threat because of your immunity, and I've explained why I was willing to go for it. So yeah. I personally voted you out because it put me in a special majority, giving me the best chance to win. I think you were really a victim of circumstances though, as I think anyone who had won that immunity would have been a threat Hope that answers your question! It's been a pleasure playing with you! Hehehehehehe

~ Mary responds for Trish ~ I'll make this short and sweet! GL GL hey trish! sorry it has taken so crazy long to answer, life has just been mad this week! okay, so, let's talk about that vote. when jt and i and hayden were forming our threesome, we spent some time talking about what we wanted to do for extra numbers. for sure we wanted to have bubba as our fourth, and i'm pretty sure we also discussed having t-bird as our fifth back before she went inactive. jim was always going to go first for inactivity, but after that it basically came down to you or amanda. so in that sense, you were kind of always on our target list, even though you hadn't done anything to deserve it. so why did you ultimately get targeted over amanda? well, i think things really got started around round two. that was when you stepped up to do the cryptogram puzzles. you did a great job on those, and i remember everybody talking about how smart you were and telling you what a great job you did. that was a good thing, but since that was a task that almost nobody on the tribe could do, a lot of people looked at that and saw you as being smart in a way that not a lot of people could match. it happened again in the next round when you won the word challenge. i think that was what set you apart, because you had done great at two challenges in a row, and now people saw you as kind of being the star of the tribe. for me personally, that made me a bit worried. i felt that since you were so good at challenges, you were going to wind up being someone that people looked up to and wanted to work with, and it was possible that people who wanted to ally with me would wind up deciding to go along with you instead. since you didn't really talk to me, i figured i probably wasn't going to wind up being featured in your plans. it seemed like my fears were proven right in the tribe leader round, when there was a lot of support to make you the leader. you got to choose the tribe, and even though we had talked about how strategically it would be best for t-bird to be put on a tribe with a rheali majority so we could keep whoever got put on tocola safe, she wound up on tocola anyway. i really don't think you meant anything by it, but at the time that was a huge scary moment for me. not only did you not pick me for the team, but you left me with t-bird, and that meant there was a good chance that i would wind up going home pre-merge. jt and i both had to spend time getting close to na and austin to keep ourselves off the chopping block, and to do that we had to talk about what we would do in a merge situation. of course, that meant i had to say that we'd go against rheali at the merge, and give them a fighting chance if they spared me. naturally, they asked who i would want off. at that point, it looked from an outside perspective like you were running the show on rheali and that you personally had hung me out to dry, so it seemed most believable if i said that i would want to target you. when we hit the merge, it turns out jt was telling tocola similar things for similar reasons. we agreed that we needed to take out eliza first, partially to keep tocola from pulling a foa foa and turning the tables on us, and partially because i felt like it would be a huge dick move to take you out over an inactive. (that kind of thing has happened to me a few times, and i have always felt like it's incredibly disrespectful to everybody involved if you take out a "threat" first thing and let an inactive who's obviously going to get removed sit on the jury). but, once she was gone, it seemed like the perfect time to take you out. by doing that, i knew that i would get nay and austin's loyalties, and theoretically bubba's as well since i figured he was still tight with us three. that would have put me in control of six votes, and given me a ton of options to work with in case anybody caught on to my social game and tried to flip things on me. unfortunately, i didn't count on bubba being as loyal to you as he was, and i screwed up letting him know what the plan was, and that backfired big time and caused a whole bunch of drama. so that is how that whole plan came together. it was partially due to the way the tribe swap shook out, but for me at least, when it actually came time it was a lot more about getting people on my side and making sure that i would be surrounded with people i knew i could trust. now, as for why it was a big turning point in the game, that's for a few reasons. first, it was what stopped rheali from pagonging tocola. there was definite talk of voting for nay or austin, but by voting you out we showed that it wasn't a tribal game, and that changed a lot of things around. secondly, that's what sparked the big controversy with bubba. if that hadn't happened, and he had stayed loyal to me and my threesome, then he probably would have gone much deeper into the game. as it was, he nearly took us down, and because our plans hadn't factored in that we might have to vote bubba off, that meant we had to keep amanda around longer than we wanted to. amanda sticking around left us vulnerable to a tie at final six. as i said in my answer to na, that tie would never have worked out in hayden's favor, so that one round nearly wound up losing bubba and hayden the game and came within an inch of giving nay or austin the win. so in that sense it was easily the biggest turning point of the game because it leveled the playing field and took the advantage away from power players like me and my threesome and forced everybody to work much harder. thanks for the question trish! hope that helps you with everything you wanted to know!
