~ Mary responds for JT, part 2 ~
whew! sorry this took so long! i had just a crazy day at school and i wanted to give a good answer rather than just slapping something together in a hurry. here are the songs for everyone! hope you like them!
~ trish ~
"dude looks like a lady" by aerosmith
i liked trish alot from day one when she showed up and made a joke about not knowing which gender to sign up as. she was a good tribemate to have and she pulled her weight in the challenges for sure. i think if she had made more connections and been a bit more in the alliancey side of things trish would have been a huge force in the game and could have gone all the way.

~ bubba ~
"you're the best around" from the karate kid soundtrack
this is the song that instantly came to mind for me. bubba is a guy that has very strong opinions about what it means to be a good player, so i see him as being like a Mr. Miyagi type guy, someone who will tell you how to be the best and who will work you hard, but who also is not gonna sugarcoat things and will make it tough on you to be your best. that can be a good thing, because it means that bubba is someone who is not afraid to go to the end with strong people, and he is someone that will always bring their best game, but also someone who will do their best to promote that kind of gameplay among other people. but on the other hand, that can also make him someone that people have a hard time working with if they aren't in that same mindset.

~ sarita ~
"girls just want to have fun" by cyndi lauper
sarita is someone who always goes out there and wants to have fun and enjoy the game. sometimes that can be kinda irritating because it means means she is a schemer and causes all kinds of chaos, but other times it means it's great and you can trust her and she will be your girl for life. so depending on whether she trusts you or not you will always experience her differently but she will always be out there having her fun.

~ amanda ~
"stuck in the middle with you" by stealers wheel
amanda is a really fun girl, and she is loads of fun to play with. i know that she can be a great social and challenge boss when she wants to be, but this game came at kinda a bad time for her. but even though she wasn't playing as hard as she normally does she still had a good impact on the game. amanda always seemed to always be in the middle of things. sometimes that meant people wanted to get her out, sometimes that meant people wanted her to work with them and shake things up. everybody wanted to get amanda with them and get her on their side, but it didn't seem like anybody really planned on taking her to the end so she was kind of always in the middle.

~ nay nay ~
"girls (who run the world)" by beyonce
for nay i tried to think of the most badass girl anthem i could, and i decided to go with beyonce. i think that nay is a really cool chick, she is a lot of fun to talk to and be around, but she is also someone who does not take shit from anyone and who is not afraid to strut her stuff. she was one of the strongest people on old tocola, and she could have just laid low and tried to suck up to people, but instead she stepped up like a boss and made moves and deals to get herself in a great spot. but even though she was so fierce and such a strong presence she wasn't arrogant about it, she was still very nice and a great person to talk to. i think she would have beat pretty much anybody in the finals.

~ austin ~
"edge of glory" by lady gaga
i think austin was really on the edge of the win this time. one thing that austin shared with me is that it has been a while since he has been to the finals of a game and he is really itching to get out there and get himself another win, and he got right up close to it. that was actually a big part of the reasons why i wanted to work with austin and help him get farther, because i definitely feel that and i have been there! it's been a long time since i have won a game or made it this far and it would mean a lot to me to get this win! austin was a great guy and he played a great solid game. i was actually thinking really hard about flipping at final four to help him out, partly because he was such a good person and i knew it meant a lot to him, but also partly because i knew hayden and jt were a tight pair. but then he kicked so much butt in that last challenge and almost won it, i knew there was a really good chance he would win at endurance and take me out.

~ JT ~
"getting better all the time" by the beatles
this is a bit of an older song but i think it works really well for you, jt! i was gonna choose either this or "learnt my lesson well" by the kaiser chiefs, but i think they are kind of a less known band so i thought you might like this one better. i know that you are pretty new to the org world, and i have watched you play a few games before. one thing i remember most about watching you play is that you would ask people about how to improve your game, get better and learn how to play well. i thought that was a really neat thing, and i will definitely say that this game you impressed me a lot and showed that you have made a lot of improvement in your strategies and the way you play! if you keep this up i think you will be winning games very soon!

~ hayden ~
"home" by breaking benjamin
this is one of my favorite songs, and it's about the wizard of oz. i think that the wizard of oz is a great way to explain how hayden has played the game. he is like glenda the good witch - he shows up in the beginning and helps out, then he kind of disappears in the middle and then shows at the end and takes all the credit for dorothy getting home.
i think hayden is also a lot like the wizard. hayden's a very good story teller and it is easy to be fooled by him, but if you guys are careful and pay close attention to what hayden says, his explanations for his game don't make a lot of sense. hayden has had a lot of chances to prove himself deserving in a lot of areas, and this is what he has shown:
-when sarita asked him what moves he only had one, and that was all the way at the end of the game at final four. (and even that is pretty silly. he talks about how he was with you from day one and always had your back so idk why he thinks that was some big decision move to go with the plan he already had in place)
-he tells nay he is not a liar, but then in his answer to you he show that he lied to both of us at final three and betrayed both of us.
-in his answer to you he says that he never did anything on his own without you and me.
-in nay's question he says that he was not good at talking to people and getting to know them. he says he never lied to na, well hey it's pretty easy not to lie to someone when you never talk to them, isn't it!
-at f3 he continued lying to me and trying to fool me after i publicly called him out on his bs, and then tries to act like it is my fault for "forcing" him to lie. nobody forced him to lie to me, and nobody forced him to treat you the way he did. those are choices he made himself.
-at f3 he admitted that he wasn't very good at challenges.
-he said to sarita that he played a better game than me, but he did not ever give any actual reasons why his game was better than mine.
but even though hayden has shown over and over again that he has played a weak game socially and strategically and physically, he has all these illusions to spin it around and make it look like he was doing things he was not doing. hayden benefited from lies and other stuff just as much as me, and he could not have gotten here without them - the only difference is that i was the one who went out there and actually made moves for myself instead of letting someone else play for me. i like the wizard of oz, he is very flashy and good at pretending, and there's nothing wrong with enjoying the little show he puts on, but if you don't let yourself get fooled and you actually get up close and look there is nothing there, there is someone else behind the scenes making everything happen.

~ Mary ~
"call me a sinner" by shinedown
this song is about someone who is trying to do the right thing and make good choices, but can't ultimately do that as well as they would like to. i did my best in this game to play strong and smart, to make moves and get myself in good spots, but i also tried my best to just be nice to people and talk to them on an out-of-game level and be friendly. i'm someone who likes people, and who would rather be nice to someone than tear them down. and i do care about the people i like, but that doesn't always come across and some people have taken that the wrong way, and they think that i'm fake because i still lied and played the game and voted people off even though i was nice. it doesn't mean i didn't like someone or that i wanted to hurt them, it's how the game goes, and i understood it when other people did the same things to me. bubba also said he thinks it was conceited that i asked hayden and jt questions at final three - but for me it had nothing to do with making people "beg" me, i felt like the two of them had both lied to me and kept on lying, and i wanted to cut through all that and get some information so i could make a better decision. so it kind of sucks for me because i care a lot about people and how they think of me, and i really did like you guys and enjoy the conversations i had with you. but at the end of the day i can only control what i do, and not how people see it. i'm gonna do the best i can to show my side of things and what i was doing, and i will own up to anything bad that i have done. i know my game wasn't perfect, and there's definitely some stuff i would change. i'm genuinely sorry if people felt like i was fake or conceited because that's definitely not how i meant those things, but if they still wanna call me a sinner anyway i guess i gotta accept that as a consequence of my actions.

thanks for the fun question jt! hope you like the songs!
